The Studroof website and app are published by Benhmid Oualid, a natural person acting as a non-professional publisher within the meaning of article 1-1 of the French LCEN (Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004, as amended by the SREN Act No. 2024-449 of 21 May 2024).

The publisher’s contact details are held by the host in accordance with article 1-1 II of the LCEN (non-professional publisher regime) and are available to the judicial authority on request.

Studroof is not yet registered (no commercial activity to date): no SIREN/SIRET number, share capital or VAT number applies. This information will be published here upon registration, before any sale to consumers.

The database and files are hosted in the European Union by Supabase. Data transfers outside the European Union and their safeguards are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Studroof brand, logo, visual identity and editorial content are protected. Any reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited. Listings, photos and texts posted by users remain the property of their authors, who grant Studroof a licence to display them on the platform (see the Terms of Service).

Personal data

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy) and the Cookie Policy (/legal/cookies). You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Mediation and disputes

Consumer mediator: an approved mediator will be appointed and its contact details published on this page before any sale to consumers, in accordance with articles L616-1 and R616-1 of the French Consumer Code.

Cross-border disputes: the European online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025; you can contact the European Consumer Centre France (www.europe-consommateurs.eu).
